Assist the Special Events/Promotions Supervisor with the planning and facilitation of the annual programming calendar and departmental budget, to include expense tracking.

Assist the Special Events/Promotions Supervisor in coordinating and facilitating all Special Events & Promotions with outside vendors such as decorators, gift distributors, linen suppliers, ticket agencies, etc.

Assist the Special Events& Promotions Supervisor in coordinating and facilitating all Special Events and Promotions with in-house departments such as Food and Beverage, Entertainment, VIP, Total Rewards, etc.
