Teammates are given training in first aid, CPR, and injury response protocol in case of emergency. Children will be given safe play directives throughout their stay by our teammates who have been trained in supervisory roles to ensure that every child enjoys their time at the center. Parents review expectations for guest behavior and center rules on the daily authorization at check-in.
